Bryan Medrano
CEO
Born in Nicaragua and raised in Sámara since his early teens, Bryan has now lived here longer than anywhere else. That deep local perspective shapes everything he does.
Professional journey
Bryan started as a tour guide, building an in-depth understanding of the region and outstanding customer service skills. He went on to manage one of Sámara’s most successful hotels, sharpening his leadership and local knowledge.
In 2020 he joined the Coldwell Banker Samara team, taking property photos, supporting the office and offering concierge services. As pandemic-era demand surged, his role quickly grew into sales.
Real estate success
Bryan found his forte in sales and quickly became a client favorite. His local knowledge and knack for anticipating needs make him especially effective — he’s known for connecting sellers with buyers, often before a property is officially listed.
Approach
Approachable, knowledgeable and proactive, Bryan blends hospitality, local insight and real estate savvy. Clients value his dedication to seamless, successful transactions. He’s fluent in Spanish and English, and currently studying German.
Roberto Contreras
COO
Originally from Nicaragua, Roberto moved to Florida at 17 and lived there for eight years before returning home. That international experience enriches his perspective, both personally and professionally.

With more than 20 years in customer service, mainly in high-volume restaurants, Roberto is used to handling demanding situations and performing under pressure.

A dynamic marketing and sales professional with experience across multiple sectors, Roberto adapts strategies and techniques to different industries and audiences.

A strong work ethic, close attention to detail and the versatility to thrive in fast-paced roles. His mix of customer service, digital marketing and dedication helps us engage clients and grow sales.
