Background: Bryan was born in Nicaragua and moved to Samara as a young teenager. Having now lived in Samara longer than in his country of origin, he brings a deep, local perspective that enriches his professional skills and personal life.

Early Career: Bryan started his career as a tour guide, where he developed an in-depth understanding of the region and honed outstanding customer service abilities.
Hospitality Experience: He advanced to managing one of Samara’s most successful hotels, a role that further enhanced his leadership skills and knowledge of the area.
Transition to Real Estate: In 2020, Bryan became part of the Coldwell Banker Samara team. Initially supporting the office by taking property photos, assisting the team, and providing concierge services, his role quickly evolved in response to the surge of clients during the pandemic.
